No — and that's what makes On Tap Trailers affordable. You purchase alcohol from any Texas-licensed retailer and have it on-site before we arrive. We supply everything else. This model typically saves 30–50% compared to full-service bars that mark up every bottle.
Yes — we require a 25% deposit to hold your date, with the balance due 7 days before the event.
Cancellations 30+ days out receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. We're happy to apply the deposit to a rescheduled date when possible.
Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, New Year's Eve) carry a $150 surcharge. October–December wedding season may have limited availability.
